"B has taken Bobby to a baseball game and Ann is crawling around with a paper in her mouth. She is like a puppy about that. She will be playing with something, pop it in her mouth and away she goes. We have been for a little walk but it is too cold to stay out very long unless you're wrapped up pretty good. We stayed out long enough to pick a big bunch of violets. There are loads of them in the alley.
I finally got over to see Marge's baby. It is little--weighs about 6-1/2 lbs. now but is such a good baby. Alan didn't have the measles afterall--just a bad cold.
Don't feel badly about not calling me earlier. After I wrote you I began to think of all that had to be done before you would even have a chance to call me and it would have been too late. It would have been hard on all of us since B would have had to come right back to Normal and left us for a week. He has a class on Sat., too and it would have been two hard trips for him.
I'm glad you're taking Beulah's refrigerator for her. I have been wondering about it and know she'll miss it terribly. I finally got a letter written to her.
Did I tell you we have to buy a stove when we move? We have looked at used ones as well as new ones but haven't done anything else about one, yet. We saw a Tappan that I would love to have. It is gas and has everything automatic.

I cut myself another dress last night. It is a green petaldown that I bought on sale. Will be nice to clean up in if I ever get it done. I made a batch of strawberry preserves last night, too. They were .35 a quart so I thought I'd start now and by the end of the season I'll have all I want. They were higher than that at the end of last year's season.
It has been nice and warm most of this week so we have walked to Toni's or been somewhere every day.
I hope you both are fine."
Lots of love,
Bonnie
