"Tomorrow is Mother's Day. I hope you have your package, Mother, and that you have a nice day.
It is cold and windy today and real wet outside for it poured rain all day, yesterday. In spite of the rain we took Bobby for his checkup. He weighs 15-1/2 now and is just fine. He eats a big variety of things now besides his milk so it's no longer a simple matter to feed him. By next month we plan to put him on whole milk so we won't have to make formula on the way home.
Wednesday evening we went to the college play. It was very funny and real good. Aggie didn't have anything to do with this one. She is writing on another play now which she hope to get on Broadway next fall. It is something about Suzanna and the elders but I haven't read it. Maybe you know the Bible story but I didn't.

Next Friday we're going to New Haven to a lecture and dinner at Yale. We will leave Bobby with the same girl that has been keeping him and she will have to give him his supper but she does real well with him. It will be our last chance to see everyone at Yale before we leave the East so we want to go.
We didn't get your letter yesterday but hope to have one this morning.
There just isn't any news so write soon."
Lots of love,
B, Bonnie & Baby
