  5. Thank you, David. A living tree is such a wonderful thing and I don't think we should tamper with them, but those Sequoias are iconic tourist destinations. We covered almost 4000 miles on the road trip we took from our home to the west coast. I believe we had a car with air conditioning at the time, and thank goodness. July can be deadly hot!
