"Hurried to get Bob off to school only to learn it was still vacation. B had a class. Dressed children up and went to Osaka. First time Ann has worn a dress in about three months but wanted to get her picture painted. Artists painting portraits for charity. Children sat very quiet. 2 extra artists painted them & gave us the pictures as gifts. Bob & Ann very proud. Such a big audience gathered but all very quiet even when Ann fell off her chair."
Oh gosh I remember my 2 children got ready for school on a Saturday and even when I told them what day it was they were so sure it was a school day :-)
